This policy explains what information Daniel Argota collects through this website, how I use it and the choices you have. I am a sole proprietor in Punta Gorda, Florida, and I provide SEO, web design and marketing services to local businesses.

Information you give me

When you call, text or email me, I receive your phone number or email address, your name if you share it, and what you tell me about your business. I use it to answer you, prepare a quote and do the work you hire me for.

Call and form tracking

I use WhatConverts to count and track the calls and messages that come from this site. When you call a phone number shown here, WhatConverts logs the number you call from, the date, time and length of the call, and the page or search that led you to the number.

When call recording is turned on, you hear a notice at the start of the call before anything is recorded. Florida law requires the consent of everyone on a recorded call.

WhatConverts sets a cookie in your browser so a call or form can be matched to the visit that produced it.

Google services

• Google Search Console shows me which Google searches lead people to this site. It reports search terms, clicks and positions as totals and never gives me your name or contact details.
• The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
• Videos on this page load from YouTube only after you press play. Once a video loads, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to it.

If I add Google Analytics or advertising tags to this site, I will update this policy before they go live.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Kinsta. Like every web host, its servers log the IP address, browser type and pages requested on each visit, for security and to keep the site running.

What I do not do

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with the service providers named on this page, and when the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep call and message records only as long as I need them to answer you, serve you as a client and measure results. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or ask me to delete it. Email or call me using the details below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

Children

This site is for business owners. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, I update the date at the top of this page.
