Terms of Service
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, run by Daniel Argota, a sole proprietor in Punta Gorda, Florida. By using the site, you agree to them.
What this site is
This site shows my work, results for past clients and the services I offer to local businesses. The information here is general. It is no promise of a specific result for your business.
Results and case studies
The call counts, lead counts and rankings on this site come from my clients’ own tracking tools, including WhatConverts, Google’s Local Services inbox, Google Search Console and Google search captures, for the dates shown next to each figure.
Dollar values are estimates built from published cost per lead figures, and each estimate names its source. Google rankings change every day. Your results depend on your market, your competitors, your budget and many things outside my control, and nobody can guarantee a position on Google.
Working together
Paid work starts with a separate written proposal or agreement that sets the scope, price and timeline. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement controls.
Free reviews
When I offer to look at your website or Google listing for free, the review is general advice and comes with no obligation to hire me.
Content ownership
The text, design, graphics and code on this site belong to me unless noted otherwise. Client names, logos, screenshots and press mentions belong to their owners and appear here to show work I did or coverage I received. Please do not copy or republish the content without my written permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to client websites, news articles and other sites. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to this site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. I work to keep it accurate and online, and I do not promise it is free of errors or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Florida law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site or relying on its content.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about them goes to the state courts in Charlotte County, Florida.
Privacy
How I handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
